Jak zaplatím startovné? * How can I pay the fee?
  • CZ 
    • Nabij si kredit a současně s přihlášením uhradíš i startovné. Nabití kreditu je snadné - podívej se na svůj hráčský profil a najdi si záložku Kredit. Použij zobrazený QR kód ve své mobilní bankovní aplikaci. Najdeš tu i platební údaje pro případnou úhradu bez QR kódu.
    • Také můžeš zaplatit až dodatečně. Platební údaje najdeš u turnaje, kde jsi přihlášen, na kartě Startovné. Pohodlně zaplať pomocí QR kódu nebo podle uvedených platebních údajů.
    • U turnajů dvojic (padel, čtyřhry/mix v tenise) můžeš přes bankovní aplikaci zaplatit jen polovinu a tvůj spoluhráč druhou, stačí se s ním domluvit a při platbě ponížit částku startovného na půlku.
    • Máme účet u Fio banky 2700190799/2010 (IBAN CZ0220100000002700190799).
    • Při platbě v hotovosti je startovné o 100,-Kč vyšší.

    • Top up your credit and pay the entry fee at the same time you register. Top up your credit is easy - look at your player profile and find the Credit tab. Use the displayed QR code in your mobile banking application. You will also find payment details here for any payment without a QR code.
    • You can also pay later. You can find payment details for the tournament where you are registered, on the Entry Fee tab. Pay conveniently using the QR code or according to the payment details provided.
    • For doubles tournaments (padel, doubles/mix in tennis) you can pay half and your teammate the other half, just make an agreement with him/her and reduce the entry fee by half when paying.
    • We have an account with Fio banka 2700190799/2010 (IBAN CZ0220100000002700190799).
    • When paying in cash, the entry fee is 100 CZK higher.
Jak si změním heslo? * How can I change my password?
  • CZ Přihlaš se ke svému účtu, v uživatelském menu zvol Upravit profil a vyber záložku Heslo.
  • EN Log in to your account, select Upravit profil (Edit profile) in the user menu and select the Heslo (Password) tab.
Co je to karta ATT? * What is "karta ATT"?
  • CZ "Karta ATT" je rezervované místo na turnaji, které používáme pro VIP hosty, naše partnery, nové hráče nebo i pro nás, když si chceme jít také zahrát a už by nebylo místo :). Karta se objeví v seznamu přihlášek když se naplní kapacita turnaje a pokud ji nevyužijeme do uázvěrky turnaje, zneplatní se a volné místo připadne prvnímu náhradníkovi.
  • EN "Karta ATT" is a reserved position in the tournament that we use for VIP guests, our partners, new players or even for us when we want to go and play too and there is no more position :). The card will appear in the registration list when the tournament capacity is full, and if it is not used by the tournament deadline, it will become invalid and the free place will go to the first alternate.
Na kolika kurtech se turnaje hrají?
  • CZ Na tenisových turnajích standardně počítáme se 4 hráči/dvojicemi na kurt. Na padelových turnajích vzhledem k výrazně rychlejšímu průběhu je přibližně 6 dvojic na kurt. Když je možné po dohodě s areálem využít více kurtů (za předpokladu, že je dokážeme využít), turnaj díky nim zrychlíme.
  • EN At tennis tournaments, we normally count on 4 players/pairs per court. In padel tournaments, due to the significantly faster course, there are approximately 6 pairs per court. When it is possible to use more courts by agreement with the venue (provided we can use them), we speed up the tournament thanks to them.
Kolik zápasů na turnaji odehraju? * How many matches will I play in the tournament?
  • CZ Naším přáním je, aby každý hráč na turnaji mohl odehrát nejméně čtyři  zápasy, které se hrají na 1 set do 6 gamů. Hrajeme proto co nejčastěji nejprve základní skupiny po 4 hráčích/dvojicích a pak pavouky o umístění nebo útěchu, kde hráči sehrají další set(y).
  • EN Our wish is that every player in the tournament can play at least four matches, which are played at 1 set to 6 games. Therefore, we play as often as possible first basic groups of 4 players/pairs and then  play-offs for placement or consolation, where the players play the next set(s).
Počítá se útěcha do konečného pořadí turnaje? * Do consolations count towards the final tournament standings?
  • CZ Útěchu organizujeme jako dobrovolný doplněk tenisového turnaje. Proto její výsledky neurčují pořadí hráčů na turnaji. Nicméně vítěz útěchy získá extra body do žebříčku okruhu. Jiná situace je v případě, kdy se hrají zápasy o umístění (typicky padelový turnaj), které jsou defacto součástí hlavní soutěže, tam se hraje o pořadí.
  • EN We organize consolation as a voluntary addition to the tennis tournament. Therefore, its results do not determine the order of players in the tournament. However, the consolation winner gets extra points in the circuit ranking. The situation is different when there are matches for placement (typically a padel tournament), which are defacto part of the main competition, where the ranking is played.
Má někdo zajištěnu přednostní účast na turnaji? * Is anyone guaranteed priority participation in the tournament?
  • CZ Přednostní účast mají zajištěnu všichni přihlášení hráči, kteří zaplatili startovné do uzávěrky turnaje. Ostatní mají účast zajištěnu jen pokud zbyla  nějaká volná místa ve startovní listině.
  • EN Priority participation is guaranteed to all registered players who have paid the entry fee by the tournament deadline. Others are guaranteed to participate only if there are any free places left in the starting list.
Je přihláška na turnaj závazná? * Is registration for the tournament binding?
  • CZ Ano. I v případě, kdy není dosud uhrazeno startovné.
  • EN Yes. Even if the entry fee has not yet been paid.
Co je uzávěrka a konsolidace turnaje? * What is tournament closing and consolidation?
  • CZ Uzávěrka přihlášek je datum, po němž vyhlásíme seznam startujících a seznam náhradníků (formou tzv. konsolidace). Do tohoto data se navíc lze z turnaje odhlásit bez udání důvodu a online přes náš web. Datum uzávěrky stanovujeme 2 až 3 dny před konáním turnaje. Den po uzávěrce provedeme konsolidaci, tedy seskupíme všechny zaplacené i nezaplacené přihlášky tak, aby se naplnila kapacita turnaje a vytvořila fronta náhradníků.
  • EN The deadline for registrations is the date after which we will announce the list of starters and the list of substitutes (in the form of the so-called consolidation). In addition, until this date, you can withdraw from the tournament without giving a reason and online via our website. We set the closing date 2 to 3 days before the tournament. The day after the deadline, we will consolidate, that is, we will group all paid and unpaid registrations so that the capacity of the tournament is filled and a queue of substitutes is created.
Jsem přihlášený(á), nakonec se ale nebudu moci zúčastnit. Lze se odhlásit? * How do I cancel my registration for tournaments? 
  • CZ Ano, jistě.
    • Do uzávěrky přihlášek najdeš u své přihlášky tlačítko pro odhlášení. U singlových turnajů se zaplacené startovné automaticky v plné výši připíše do tvého kreditu, postup u turnajů dvojic uveden níže.
    • Po uzávěrce přihlášek zavolej na tlf kontakt uvedený v propozicích turnaje. U singlových turnajů se zaplacené startovné automaticky v poloviční výši (stornopoplatek je 50%) připíše do tvého kreditu, postup u turnajů dvojic uveden níže.
    • Při odhlášení z turnaje dvojic (padel, tenisová čtyřhra/mix) se částka automaticky připíše do kreditu hráče uvedeného na prvním místě dvojice. Se spoluhráčem se tedy domluv na vyrovnání, nebo nás požádej o převedení částky mezi vašimi hráčskými účty. Stornopoplatek se rovněž účtuje prvnímu hráči ve dvojici.
    • Můžeš požádat o prominutí stornopoplatku, o tom více zde.
  • EN Yes, of course.
    • Until the registration deadline, you will find a button to cancel your tournament registration. For singles tournaments, the paid entry fee will automatically be credited to your credit in full, the progress for doubles tournaments is listed below.
    • After the registration deadline, call the contact number listed in the tournament proposals. For singles tournaments, the paid entry fee will automatically be credited to your credit in half (the cancellation fee is 50%), the progress for doubles tournaments is listed below.
    • When you cancel registration from a doubles tournament (padel, tennis doubles/mix), the amount will automatically be credited to the credit of the player listed in the first place of the pair. So, agree on a settlement with your teammate, or ask us to transfer the amount between your player accounts. The cancellation fee is also charged to the first player in the pair.

Co se stane, když nedorazím na turnaj, kam jsem přihlášený? * What happens if I don't arrive at the tournament I'm registered for?
  • CZ Tím nám zkomplikuješ organizaci i ekonomiku turnaje. Stornopoplatek je v takovém případě ve výši startovného.
  • EN By doing so, you complicate the organization and the economy of the tournament. In this case, the cancellation fee is in the amount of the entry fee.
Mohu požádat o prominutí stornopoplatku? * Can I request a cancellation fee waiver?
  • CZ Ano, můžeš, nejpozději do půl roku od turnaje, na němž byl udělen. Rádi ti ho odpustíme, když během onoho půl roku se zúčastníš nejméně 5 dalších turnajů bez udělení dalšího stornopoplatku. Jestli si myslíš, že jsi tyto podmínky splnil(a), pošli nám prostě mail.
  • EN Yes, you can, no later than six months after the tournament in which it was awarded. We will be happy to waive it if you participate in at least 5 more tournaments within that six months without incurring another cancellation fee. If you think you have met these conditions, simply send us an email.
Proč je u mé přihlášky barevný trojúhelník? * Why is there a colored triangle on my application?
  • CZ To znamená, že je něco v nepořádku. Třeba na turnaj se svojí výkonností nepatříš. Nebo jsi nám zapomněl uhradit startovné na některém z minulých turnajů. Může to být ale i něco jiného...
  • EN That means something is wrong. Maybe you don't belong in the tournament with your performance. Or you forgot to pay us the entry fee at one of the past tournaments. But it could also be something else...
Jsem nemocen/zraněný, mohu na turnaj? * I'm sick/injured, can I go to the tournament?
  • CZ Hráči na všech turnajích startují vždy na vlastní nebezpečí. Při nemoci má každý hráč povinnost se odhlásit z turnaje, aby se nemoc nezhoršila a aby nenakazil ostatní hráče. Za případné vzniklé úrazy, nemoc (nebo její zhoršení), materiální či finanční škody vzniklé při jeho účasti na turnaji nebo jeho přičiněním je odpovědný pouze on sám.
  • EN Players in all tournaments always play at their own risk. In case of illness, every player is obliged to withdraw from the tournament so that the illness does not worsen and that he does not infect other players. He alone is responsible for any injuries, illness (or its worsening), material or financial damage caused by his participation in the tournament or caused by him.
Kdy se vrací startovné automaticky? * When is the entry fee returned automatically?
  • CZ Když se odhlásíš z turnaje před termínem uzávěrky nebo se turnaj z organizačních, technických nebo povětrnostních příčin neodehraje. Startovné se přičte do tvého kreditu. V případě čtyřher do kreditu prvního hráče ve dvojici. O odhlášení více zde.
  • EN When you withdraw from the tournament before the deadline. And if the tournament does not take place due to organizational, technical or weather reasons. Na kurtu, kde mám hrát, je nebezpečné místo, co s tím mám dělat? * There is a dangerous spot on the court where I am supposed to play, what should I do about it?
  • CZ Ihned to oznam organizátorovi turnaje a nezačínej nebo nepokračuj ve hře. Vyčkej na jeho rozhodnutí.
  • EN Notify the tournament organizer immediately and do not start or continue the game. Wait for his decision.
